Overview

Kathryn Redmond is an associate and member of the Banking & Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. Her practice focuses on representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in commercial finance and real estate and construction loan transactions. She handles matters involving asset-based and cash flow loans, syndicated credit facilities, loan participations, subordinated debt arrangements, tax credit financings, and mezzanine financings. She also has experience working on bankruptcy and restructuring matters involving these types of transactions.

Prior to joining Chapman, Kathryn practiced at a St. Louis-based law firm.
