Overview
Ogechi Harry is a senior counsel and member of Chapman's Fintech and Marketplace Lending and Real Estate Finance groups. Her practice focuses on representing financial institutions, specialty lenders, and marketplace platforms in a wide range of financings, including structured financing and purchases of marketplace loan portfolios, and real estate finance transactions. She also has extensive experience in infrastructure development and finance, having served as in-house legal counsel to a global project development and construction company and as an infrastructure advisory senior associate at a Big Four accounting firm.
Prior to joining Chapman, Ogechi served as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Legal, and Operations at World Business Chicago and practiced law at an Am Law 50 firm.

- First Israeli International Senior Unsecured Note Issuance
Chapman served as counsel to the indenture trustee in the first international issuance of a senior unsecured note by an Israeli lender.

Chapman served as bond counsel for a C-PACE financing of water and energy efficiency measures for a new multifamily housing development.
