Overview
Randy Gerlach is an associate in Chapman's Corporate and Securities Department and a member of the Investment Management Group. His practice is focused on advising clients in the formation and operation of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-end funds, open-end funds, unit investment trusts, hedge funds, and private equity funds. Randy also advises investment advisers and broker-dealers on a wide range of risk management and compliance matters.
Randy participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2020 and joined the firm in 2021.
