Lauren Wyler is senior counsel and a member of Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. She focuses her practice on commercial lending and real estate transactions involving a wide range of property types, representing developers and institutional lenders in syndicated construction and permanent loans, CMBS and leasing transactions, and refinancings.

In the community, Lauren serves on the board of the Arthritis Foundation of New York and is active in the Junior League of Central Westchester.

Prior to joining Chapman, Lauren practiced law with several Am Law 100 law firms, including Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP as a member of their real estate investment and finance group.
