Overview

Chapman and Cutler’s commercial lending practice has been at the center of our firm’s identity since we were founded 100 years ago. We regularly handle secured and unsecured credit facilities ranging from single-lender to syndicated credit facilities. Our attorneys frequently provide counsel to clients in the areas of asset-based lending and leveraged buyout financing. This experience gives our lawyers a deep understanding of the commercial loan assets supporting collateralized obligations and other related securitizations.
