Chapman and Cutler LLP's Corporate Trustee Transactions Group practitioners represent trustees in various corporate debt offerings, including those that are exchangeable for other securities of the related issuer or those that may be converted into issuer's equity. The firm also represents trustees in various types of structured finance transactions, including synthetic leases, structured warehouse or loan transactions and a variety of other structures that are hybrids of securitization transactions and traditional debt financings.

Our practice group's work extends to addressing workout issues and to the representation of trustees for securities being issued by debtors exiting bankruptcy proceedings. Our trustee-clients include both banks organized under federal law and trust companies organized under state law.
