Chapman served as US counsel to Reznik Paz Nevo Trusts Ltd. in connection with the issuance by ICL Group Ltd. of US$800 million senior unsecured notes, sold to institutional investors in international markets in an exempt offering. ICL Group produces minerals essential to agriculture and is listed on the NYSE and TASE. Partner John Hitt led the Chapman transaction team.
