Chapman welcomes partner Cris Cicala to our Asset Securitization and Structured Finance Group; Cryptocurrency, Digital Assets, and Blockchain Group; and Compliance, Regulatory and Payments Group. Cris has an extensive digital assets practice advising funds, financial institutions, fintech companies, and digital-native market participants in matters involving digital assets and blockchain. He also has particularly deep experience in representing Latin American and European financial institutions and their US branches in both US domestic and cross-border transactions.

Asaf has extensive experience representing US and international companies and investment funds in M&A, financings, and strategic transactions. He also advises Israel-based entities, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, senior executives, and employers on cross‑border, investment structuring, and employment matters.

Chapman welcomes partner Adam Barton to our Asset Securitization Department. He represents corporate borrowers, issuers, alternative asset funds, banks, and other financial institutions in all aspects of complex financings. Counseling clients buying and selling loans and receivables in forward flow arrangements or static portfolios is also a core aspect of Adam’s practice.
