On June 11, the Online Lending Policy Institute (OLPI) hosted a conversation with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Acting Comptroller of the Currency, Brian Brooks, and OLPI Executive Director, Professor Cornelius Hurley, to discuss the expansive advance notice of proposed rulemaking in the fintech space. Following the interview with Comptroller Brooks, Chapman Partner and OLPI Governing Board Member, Marc Franson, moderated a conversation with OCC Senior Deputy Comptroller and Chief Counsel, Jonathan Gould, on the proposed new rulemaking and invited questions from the audience.
