Overview

Allen Brown is an associate in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He represents issuers, funds, banks, and other financial institutions in securitization and structured finance matters involving numerous asset classes. His experience also includes advising lenders in a wide range of lending transactions with borrowers including public and private corporations, life science and technology companies, venture capital funds, real estate investment funds, and other private equity firms.

Prior to joining Chapman, Allen practiced at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP. During law school, Allen interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
