Overview

Anna Anderson is a partner and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. Anna works primarily with commercial banks and corporations in asset securitization transactions and structured financings, with a focus in the areas of corporate trust.

In these areas, Anna has significant experience representing such banks and corporations in their roles as indenture trustee, backup servicer, collateral agent, custodian, paying agent, and similar capacities involving various asset classes, including auto loans, equipment lease receivables, timeshare interests, student loans, commercial loans, solar loans, data centers, fiber networks, and various other types of assets.

Anna participated in the firm's summer associate program in 2007 and joined the firm as an attorney in 2008.
