Overview

Ari Marzban is an associate and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. His practice focuses on real estate and structured finance transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and other financing.

Prior to joining Chapman, Ari worked in the legal department at the headquarters of Skechers USA, Inc. and practiced law with firms in Dallas and Los Angeles.

Before law school, Ari served as a Fulbright Grantee in Taiwan. He has been a featured speaker at events hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Government, the United States Department of State, and First Lady Michelle Obama to promote cross-cultural learning and international education.
