Cary Nadelman is senior counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He has more than 18 years of professional experience in the financial services industry as both a transactional lawyer and certified public accountant.
Cary's practice is focused on the representation of underwriters, managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions, particularly in the area of CLOs. His experience includes matters involving syndicated and middle market CLOs, securities repackagings, warehouse lending, and other complex structured products. Cary also has experience with derivatives, CMBS, and general securities law matters.
