Overview
Daniel Swanson is an associate in Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department and primarily represents banks and other financial institutions in securitization and structured finance transactions.
Daniel also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating corporate transactions and agreements, as well as a variety of real estate matters involving commercial leases and construction contracts.
Before joining Chapman in 2015, Daniel worked as an associate in the corporate and litigation division of a boutique law firm in New York City which specialized in the hospitality field. Daniel has represented many established chefs, restaurateurs, and food and/or beverage businesses and is familiar with the legal aspects of the licensing and regulation of alcoholic beverages.
