James Cantrell is a partner and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Group. His practice focuses on the representation of trustees, issuers, underwriters, and investors in structured finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes. James has a background representing clients in connection with private equity and hedge fund transactions and real estate, capital markets, and banking matters.  

He joined the firm in 2016 after practicing law at a New York firm.
