Jenny Lee Kawamura is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services Department of Chapman and Cutler.

Jenny's practice focuses on commercial finance and a variety of lending transactions, including marketplace lending and commercial lending. She assists clients in participation in global secondary markets for troubled and non-performing assets and claims. She also represents hedge funds and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate work.

Prior to law school, Jenny worked as a paralegal for Latham & Watkins, assisting with finance transactions and project finance deals.
