Joshua Smith is senior counsel in Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and a member of the Commercial Lending Group. His practice focuses on the representation of domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions. Joshua's experience includes leveraged finance and other syndicated bank loan transactions, the financing of financial assets, energy-based asset financings, asset-backed lending transactions, and debtor-in-possession financings.
