Overview
Keith Branch is counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. His practice focuses on representing issuers, underwriters, funds, banks, and other financial institutions in lending transactions, securitization, and structured finance matters involving a wide variety of asset classes. Keith has experience in construction lending and food and agribusiness lending and works on transactions involving diverse asset classes, including trade receivables, auto loan and lease receivables, student loans, fintech and consumer loans, equipment leases and loans, railcars, small business loans, and commercial loans.
Keith previously served as senior counsel to a leading financial institution.

US$800 Million Bond Issuance by Israel Discount BankChapman served as US counsel to the indenture trustee in connection with the issuance by Israel Discount Bank of US$800 million of senior notes, the bank’s first US dollar-based international bond issue.
