Overview
Adam Rose is senior counsel and a member of Chapman’s Commercial Lending Group. Adam represents bank and private credit lenders in a wide range of secured financing transactions, including term loans, asset-based loans and revolving credit facilities. He advises clients on structuring, negotiating and documenting credit facilities and related transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings, exit financings, subscription lines, and management lines of credit. His experience includes advising on US and cross-border transactions across a broad set of asset classes and structures, including split-collateral, first lien/second lien, unitranche, and mezzanine structures.
Prior to joining Chapman, Adam practiced law at an Am Law 200 firm in New York.
