Overview

Alexandra Ayala is an associate and member of Chapman’s Public Finance Department. She serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel for a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings.

Prior to joining Chapman, Alexandra practiced law at an Am Law 100 firm, where she represented issuers and underwriters across structured finance and asset securitization transactions. She also has experience in the areas of derivatives (swaps and other rate products, digital assets, equity and index options trading), warehouse lending, NAV and hybrid facilities, and syndicated credit facilities. Previously she worked at the fixed income trading desk of a global asset manager.
