Overview

Anthony Williams is an associate and member of Chapman's Commercial Lending Group. He represents banks, private credit lenders, and other market participants in a wide range of lending and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Chapman, Anthony practiced law as a corporate associate at an Am Law 50 firm, where he worked on commercial credit facilities and refinancings, real estate financings, M&A financings, and other commercial financing transactions. He previously served as a judicial intern at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
