Overview

Brendan Radke is senior counsel and a member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Public and Institutional Banking & Finance Group. He focuses his practice on representing foreign and domestic financial institutions that provide credit enhancement and liquidity support for tax-exempt financings for municipal, health care, higher education, and not-for-profit borrowers.

Brendan’s background spans both transactional work and litigation. Prior to joining Chapman, he practiced law in the legal department of a cryptocurrency exchange and at Am Law 100 firms, where he handled complex commercial and securities litigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional support for financial products and services, including digital assets and mortgage-backed securities.
