Cal Parker is an associate and member of Chapman's Corporate and Securities Department and the Investment Management Group. He concentrates his practice on representing investment advisers and registered investment companies in fund formation, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters related to open-end funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, unit investment trusts, and private investment companies.

Cal participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2024.
