Overview

Courtney Leon is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. She represents banks, private credit funds, leasing platforms, sponsors, and institutional investors in complex domestic and cross-border secured, syndicated, and structured finance transactions, including CLO, acquisition financings, refinancings, portfolio-level financings, asset-backed lending, municipal financial product transactions, fund financing structures, and tender option bond programs.

Prior to joining Chapman, Courtney practiced law in the Aviation Finance, Capital Markets, Structured Finance, and Corporate groups at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
