Overview

Edoardo Tonachella is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. He works on securitization and structured finance transactions involving warehouse, forward flow, and asset-backed securities across a broad range of asset classes.

Prior to joining Chapman, Edoardo practiced law at two international firms, where he worked on cross-border debt and equity capital markets transactions, including Reg S and Rule 144A offerings; structured products and derivatives; high yield issues; MTN programs; ESG, hybrid, and convertible bonds; and regulatory capital issues.
