Overview
Filippo Palmisciano is an associate in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He represents financial institutions, issuers, trustees, and marketplace lending platforms in a broad range of securitization and structured finance transactions.
Prior to joining Chapman, Filippo worked with law firms in New York and Italy on corporate and tax matters, with particular emphasis on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions.
