Overview
James Belina is an associate and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He represents financial institutions, issuers, trustees, and marketplace lending platforms in a broad range of securitization and structured finance transactions involving derivatives and a wide variety of asset classes.
Prior to joining Chapman, James practiced law in the corporate department of Jones Day where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
