Overview
Jenn Quinn is a partner and member of Chapman’s Commercial Lending Group. She represents banks, financial institutions, and other businesses in a variety of commercial lending transactions, including cash-flow, first- and second-lien, subordinated, and mezzanine financings.
Jenn structures, negotiates, and documents secured and unsecured credit facilities across industries, with a focus on asset-based lending, leveraged finance, merger and acquisition financing, and commercial lending. She advises clients on syndicated and bilateral transactions and real estate-related financings, with particular experience in specialty finance, food and agriculture, dealership financing, and cross-border matters.
Prior to joining Chapman, Jenn served as a senior associate in the Banking and Finance Group at Husch Blackwell.
