Jennifer (Jen) Musser is Chapman’s Director of Business Development. She focuses on supporting partners and practice groups in their client development initiatives. Jen creates business development plans, client growth programs, and cross-practice and industry-specific client targeting initiatives. In addition, she manages the proposals and pursuits team as well as the competitive and market intelligence teams.

With more than 20 years of experience at Am Law 10 and Am Law 50 firms, Jen has held leadership roles in business development, marketing, and communications, consistently delivering innovative solutions to enhance client engagement and firm growth.
