Jesse Lopez is an associate and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He focuses on securitization and structured finance transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes.
Prior to joining Chapman, Jesse practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP where he represented private and public companies, creditors, and investors in reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings.
