Overview
Jorge Coronel Hamilton is an associate and member of Chapman's Special Situations and Restructuring Group and Banking and Financial Services Department. He advises ad hoc bondholder committees, distressed debt and asset purchasers, and secured lenders on domestic and cross-border transactional and bankruptcy litigation matters relating to complex out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 proceedings, including debt financings and Section 363 asset sales.
Prior to joining Chapman, Jorge practiced law at A&O Shearman in New York.
