Overview

Justin Greatorex is a partner and member of Chapman's Commercial Lending Group. Justin represents commercial lenders, private equity sponsors, and borrowers in connection with commercial financing transactions. He has significant experience in connection with acquisition and leveraged financing transactions and general commercial financing transactions, including secured and unsecured transactions, cash-flow and asset-based transactions, first/second lien, subordinated and unitranche transactions, and mezzanine debt transactions.

Immediately prior to joining Chapman, Justin practiced law in the debt finance group of a boutique Connecticut law firm focused on middle market sponsor-backed mergers and acquisitions and acquisition finance.
