Kaangrok Yoo

Kaangrok Yoo is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. Kaangrok's practice focuses on representing underwriters, lenders, issuers, and other financial institutions in CLOs and other structured finance transactions.

Prior to joining Chapman, Kaangrok practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he worked on capital markets and other corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, PIPE transactions, high-yield debt offerings, and liability management transactions.
