Michele Dulik

Michele Dulik is a senior counsel in Chapman's National Public Finance Department. She practices in the area of public finance law with an emphasis on financings for hospitals and health care systems, and educational institutions. Michele represents governmental issuers, underwriters, commercial banks and 501(c)(3) organizations as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, lender's counsel and borrower's counsel in both publicly offered and privately placed tax-exempt and taxable financings.
