Overview
Michelle Covert is a paralegal and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group.
Michelle assists attorneys with the pre-closing due diligence, the preparation of closing documents, and post-closing due diligence for commercial loan transactions representing banks and other financial institutions in secured and unsecured loans.
Prior to joining Chapman, Michelle worked in the legal departments of two major financial institutions.
