Overview

Nate Minott is senior counsel and a member of Chapman’s Commercial Lending Group. He represents banks and private credit lenders, as well as private equity sponsors and borrowers, in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financing transactions; bilateral, club, and syndicated cash-flow credit facilities; asset-based loans; DIP financings; mezzanine loan transactions; and securities-backed loans. He also has substantial experience in fund finance, representing banks and private funds in subscription financings, management line credit facilities, and GP/Co-Invest facilities.

Prior to joining Chapman, Nate practiced law at several international law firms, including most recently at Loeb & Loeb LLP in New York.
