Overview

Rachel Mather is senior counsel and a member of Chapman's Commercial Lending Group. She represents financial institutions and other lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting syndicated and bilateral financing transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, real estate and construction loans, and mezzanine debt.

Prior to joining Chapman, Rachel practiced law at an Am Law 100 firm.
