Overview

Shanna Kelly is a contract specialist on the Chapman Practice Innovations (CPI) team, focusing on contract reviews. She primarily reviews, revises, and negotiates confidentiality agreements for firm clients using CPI’s proprietary technology platform. Shanna works with CPI, firm attorneys, and clients to ensure material consistency in confidentiality reviews while providing feedback on legal service processes implemented by CPI.

Before joining Chapman, Shanna worked as an attorney at an Indiana law firm where she focused on family and municipal law. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and Butler University.
