Overview
Shayna Swanson is an associate and member of Chapman's Trusts and Estates Department. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate administration, and advising individuals and corporate fiduciaries on a broad range of trust and estate matters.
While pursuing her law degree at Washington University School of Law, Shayna worked in the university’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, navigating complex tax cases under faculty supervision and advocating for accessible legal representation.
Shayna also participated in Chapman's Finance Law Internship Program (FLIP) in 2021 and summer associate program in 2024 before joining as an attorney in 2025.
