Overview

Stacey Kim is counsel in Chapman's Bank Corporate Group and a member of the Banking and Financial Services Department. She works with banks, finance companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters, payment processing, service agreements, and related transactions and advice. Stacey’s experience at two Chicago-based law firms includes litigation and transactional matters which allow her to counsel clients on investigations, examination and enforcement issues, legal complaints and disputes, and financial litigation; and review, draft, negotiate, revise, and advise on contractual matters affecting consumer financial products and services and vendor and payment agreements.
