Overview

Victor Ortiz is an associate and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He focuses his practice on advising financial institutions and other market participants on structured finance matters, including warehouse, forward flow, and asset-backed securities across a broad range of asset classes.

Prior to joining Chapman, Victor practiced law as an associate in the debt finance group of an Am Law 10 firm and served as counsel to Banco de Mexico's Mexican Petroleum Fund (Mexico’s first sovereign wealth fund).
