Overview
Vincent Melika is an associate working primarily with members of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department and Corporate Finance Department.
His practice focuses on direct lending and private credit, real estate, and M&A-related financings. Vincent advises lenders, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of transactions, including first and second lien financings, working capital and asset-based financings, distressed debt financings, leveraged buyouts, and acquisition financings. He also advises companies and other originators in asset securitization transactions.
Prior to joining Chapman, Vincent served as in-house counsel for a sports marketing agency and practiced as an associate in the corporate finance group of an Am Law 100 firm.
