Featured Image For Historic Theater Renovation

Chapman served as bond counsel for a commercial PACE (C-PACE) transaction to finance the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of a group of buildings centered around the historic Ramova Theater in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago. The $7.4 million C-PACE financing will fund clean energy and conservation improvements as part of a $28 million restoration to transform the long-vacant theater into a live entertainment space, restaurant, and craft brewery.
