Chapman served as designated underwriter’s counsel in a $1.5 billion securitization of credit card receivables originated by JPMorgan Chase. The transaction involved the issuance of Class A notes under an SEC-registered shelf through the client’s long-established master trust program. This transaction marks Chapman’s first engagement as designated underwriter’s counsel for this prominent credit card securitization platform, one of the largest in the market.
Partners Ken Marin and Anastasia Fanning led the Chapman deal team, which also included partners Marc Franson, Heath Martin, and Gary Polega and associates Stacey Kim and Natasha Mighell.
