Kevin W. Reckamp

Kevin Reckamp is counsel in Chapman's Illinois Public Finance Department, where he works on a variety of municipal financings within Illinois with a particular emphasis in the disclosure counsel area.

Prior to beginning his practice as an attorney, Kevin worked as a senior financial analyst with Chapman, calculating arbitrage rebate for tax-exempt bond issuances. He also reviewed legal documents, including official statements, tax certificates, verification reports, and legal opinions dealing with the calculation of rebate amounts.
