Overview

Collin Beavan is an associate and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and the Compliance, Regulatory and Payments Group. He works with banks, finance companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters, payment processing, service agreements, and related transactions.

In addition, Collin advises on digital asset matters, including virtual currency licensure and regulatory developments, and works on matters concerning data privacy.

Collin participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2024.
