Overview
Jordan Dunbar is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. She focuses her practice on representing operating companies, private credit funds, banks, and other financial institutions in securitization and structured finance matters involving a variety of asset classes.
Beyond her practice, Jordan is active in the community and regularly supports legal aid and service initiatives. Her pro bono and volunteer work includes mentoring and outreach initiatives; representing community members in pro bono cases and clinics; speaking at educational institutions about legal careers and professional development; and serving on the board of the Joseph M. Fannell Memorial Foundation.
Prior to joining Chapman, Jordan practiced at an Am Law 200 firm, where she represented clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions.
