Overview
Matt Galante is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. He represents banks, issuers, servicers, and other financial institutions in securitizations backed by a variety of asset classes, including mortgage loans (MBS), home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), retail auto loans and leases, dealer floorplan receivables, small business loans, merchant cash advances, and credit card receivables.
In addition to asset-backed capital markets transactions, Matt counsels financial institutions on warehouse lending arrangements, revolving credit facilities, and term loan structures.
Prior to joining Chapman, Matt practiced law at Am Law 100 firms in New York.
