Overview
Tiffany Cole is an associate and member of Chapman’s Public Finance Department. She serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and disclosure counsel on bond issues throughout Illinois, as well as health care, educational and not-for profit organizations.
Prior to joining Chapman, Tiffany practiced law at an Am Law 100 firm, where she focused her practice on public finance, project finance, leveraged finance, and structured finance transactions.
