Zachary Shen

Zach Shen is an associate and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Department and Corporate Finance Department. Zach has worked on a wide range of corporate transactions involving emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Chapman, Zach practiced at an AmLaw 50 firm and served as in-house corporate counsel for a medical diagnostics start-up in San Francisco.
